Industry Partnerships
Mountainland Technical College enjoys extensive connections with industry professionals and companies who support student education and recruit graduates. Several hundred industry representatives serve on advisory councils for all MTECH programs. Each year, these professionals visit with faculty and program directors, review curriculum, instructional methods, equipment and facilities. They give advice to faculty and MTECH makes adjustments to curriculum and student equipment in response to this feedback.
In addition, several important industry partners provide extensive equipment and educational and job opportunities for students.
If you would like your company to be more involved with MTECH, contact Varden Hadfield at vhadfield@mtec.edu.
